Salt Air Farmers' Market

Spend a Saturday morning browsing the Salt Air Farmers' Market in Port St. Joe. Local farmers, makers and artisans gather with fresh produce, handmade goods, plants and more.


The market is held from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM ET and is dog friendly, making it an especially fun outing for guests traveling with their pups.

Forgotten Music Festival

Spend two days listening to live music overlooking beautiful St. Joseph Bay.



The Forgotten Music Festival returns to Port St. Joe with a mix of blues, blues rock, soul, funk and roots music. Set at waterfront George Core Park, the festival pairs live performances with the laid-back atmosphere of the Forgotten Coast. Bring your lawn chair and settle in for a weekend of music by the bay.


November 6 - 7, 2026 · Battery Park, Apalachicola

63rd Annual Florida Seafood Festival

Take a scenic drive along the Forgotten Coast to historic Apalachicola for one of Florida's longest-running maritime celebrations.


The Florida Seafood Festival brings thousands of visitors to Battery Park for two days celebrating Florida's coastal heritage and, of course, plenty of seafood.


Festival traditions include arts and crafts, live entertainment, the Blessing of the Fleet, a parade, the Redfish Run, oyster shucking and oyster eating contests, Blue Crab Races and more.

March 12 - 21, 2027 · Florida's Forgotten Coast

Forgotten Coast en Plein Air

Experience the beauty of the Forgotten Coast through the eyes of talented artists during this multi-day celebration of plein air painting.



Artists work outdoors throughout the region, capturing the beaches, bays, historic communities and natural landscapes that make this stretch of Florida so special.


Visitors have opportunities to watch artists at work and enjoy exhibitions and special events held throughout the festival.

Blues on Reid

Enjoy a spring day filled with live blues music in the heart of Port St. Joe.

Blues on Reid brings music and fun to downtown Port St. Joe and makes an easy addition to a March getaway at The Blu.
